Venture Realty, LLC established in 2002 was a transformation of L P Thompson Realty. Since its beginnings, Venture Realty has been leader in the field of real estate and investment, and been able to conform to a "One Stop Source" for all buying and selling needs of homes.
During its beginning, Venture drew from the Investment experience of Larry Thompson and the technological advances that the internet began to provide. Through many years of testing, marketing and research, Venture began to take the true shape of a One Stop Source.
Our goal is to be a Christian organization that not only says what we believe but shows it as well. Our team is impressive and we want you to be impressed.
In 2002 Larry expanded the Investment and Retail arms of Venture Realty by bringing in Mortgage Services. After quickly becoming one of the leading loan originators in the country he joined a national firm, 1st Metropolitan, which allowed him to offer even more to his customers.

Our goal is to be a Christian organization that not only says what we believe but shows it as well. Larry now acts as the Entrepreneurial head of the company. He is constantly trying out new marketing and searching for those perfect properties and better processes to make the experience that much easier for the clients.
